Coonawarra Unearthed: Full-Day Hosted Coonawarra Wine Tour

Lunch is one of the real highlights of the day. We stop at one of Coonawarra's family-owned cellar doors for a gourmet produce platter, built around local cheeses, cured meats and fresh regional produce, paired with a glass of the estate's own wine. It's all included in your tour price, so there is nothing extra to pay and no need to rush. Just good food, good wine and good company before we head off to explore a few more cellar doors.

Relax in our comfortable private vehicle and enjoy the wine tastings without worrying about the drive.

Pick-up and drop-off is included within the Coonawarra/Penola region.

As experienced hosts, we know how to create a great atmosphere for our small group tours. Even though we fit a lot into the day, we always make sure you are able to enjoy the experience at a relaxed pace.

Please ensure appropriate attire is worn based on the season.

Bring a hat in the warmer months, and something to keep you warm when it's cool.

Flat shoes are recommended.

We provide bottled water, a large umbrella, and iPhone and Android USB chargers.

Coonawarra Unearthed Fuel Card Offer: Terms and Conditions

1. The offer. Coonawarra Experiences (ABN 13 310 642 594) is offering one $50 Shell eGift Card (the Fuel Card) with each Eligible Booking of the Coonawarra Unearthed Group Wine Tour (the Tour), while Fuel Cards last.
2. Eligible Booking. A booking is an Eligible Booking only if:
   • it is a new booking for the Tour made between 12:00am on Monday 28 September 2026 and 11:59pm on Monday 30 November 2026 (Adelaide time)
   • it is made online through the booking page on the Coonawarra Experiences website
   • the Tour takes place on or before Sunday 28 February 2027
   • the Tour has been paid for in full, not just a deposit
   • the promo code FUELCARD is entered at checkout at the time of booking. The code cannot be added to a booking after it is made
3. Determining a group. Where a tour booking includes guests from more than one Eligible Booking, or where the number of people travelling together does not clearly match the number of separate bookings made, we will determine before the Fuel Card is sent how many Fuel Cards are payable, and that determination is final.
4. What is not eligible. The following are not Eligible Bookings:
   • bookings made before 28 September 2026, including bookings made using any earlier promo code
   • changes to, or rebookings of, bookings made before 28 September 2026
   • bookings made by phone, by email or in person, including where the offer is mentioned but the promo code is not entered online
   • bookings made through travel agents, tour operators, wholesalers, online travel agencies, marketplaces or any other third party
   • bookings paid for in full or in part with a Coonawarra Experiences gift certificate
5. Limited number. There are 20 Fuel Cards in total. They are allocated in the order that Eligible Bookings are confirmed and payment is received. When all 20 are allocated the offer ends, even if that is before 30 November 2026. Fuel Cards already allocated are not affected. Any count of remaining cards shown on our website or social media is a guide only and may not be up to date.
6. One per group, not per booking. Only one Fuel Card is given per group of guests travelling together on the same Tour date, regardless of how many separate bookings or booking references make up that group. If guests travelling together make more than one booking for the same Tour date, whether under the same name, different names, or different contact details, we will treat those bookings as a single booking for the purposes of this offer, and only one Fuel Card will be given.
7. No other offers. The offer cannot be combined with any other promo code, discount or offer.
8. Receiving the Fuel Card. We will email the Fuel Card to the lead booker's email address the day of the Tour, provided the Tour goes ahead and the guests attend. Please make sure the email address on your booking is correct. We are not responsible for a Fuel Card sent to an incorrect email address supplied at booking.
9. Using the Fuel Card. The Fuel Card is a Shell eGift Card issued by Blackhawk Network (Australia) Pty Ltd (ABN 84 123 251 703), not by Coonawarra Experiences. The Fuel Card can only be used in store, through the mobile wallet functionality in Apple Pay, Google Wallet or Samsung Pay, at participating Shell branded service stations, subject to the available functionality of the participating site. It is not available for online purchases or for use in or via any other app, including but not limited to the Shell Card Go app. For a list of participating sites and further information, see shell.com.au/fuelfinder.
10. Card expiry and loss. The Fuel Card will expire 4 years from the issue date shown on the card. Lost or stolen Fuel Cards cannot be replaced. Balance and expiry can be checked at www.cardbalance.com.au.
11. Issuer's terms and conditions govern the Fuel Card. Use of the Fuel Card is governed entirely by the issuer's own terms and conditions, available at shell.com.au/motorists/shell-gift-cards, which may be changed by the issuer at any time if it considers this reasonably necessary to protect its legitimate interests. Coonawarra Experiences has no authority, control or ability to override, vary, extend or make exceptions to the issuer's terms and conditions in any way, and gives no warranty as to the Fuel Card's acceptance, functionality or availability at any particular site. Any query about using, redeeming, replacing, or checking the balance or expiry of a Fuel Card should be directed to the issuer, not to Coonawarra Experiences.
12. Cancellations and changes. Our standard cancellation policy applies, including the 48 hours notice requirement. If a booking is cancelled, the Tour does not go ahead, or the guests do not attend, no Fuel Card is given, and that allocation may be given to another Eligible Booking. Once a Fuel Card has been sent it will not be reissued or replaced.
13. Nature of the offer. The Fuel Card is a gift and is not a discount on the Tour price.
14. Fuel availability and pricing. We are not responsible for fuel availability or prices at any Shell branded service station.
15. Withdrawing or varying the offer. Coonawarra Experiences may withdraw or vary this offer at any time before a booking is confirmed.
