Your personal information will not be disclosed to other parties without your prior consent. Should you not wish to have your image shared in our promotional material, please indicate this to us on the day.
Tours are subject to cellar door availability, which is out of our control, should this result in a change to the itinerary, an alternative will be arranged. Under these circumstances, should you wish to cancel, cancellation policy applies.
No alcohol is to be consumed in any of our tour vehicles at any time.
Coonawarra Experiences works closely with each of the cellar doors to provide the best possible experience for our customers. However, should you not be happy with an element of the tour, we welcome your feedback. Please be mindful that sometimes we are unable to predict or control circumstances due to the nature of the region but all efforts are made to ensure value for money is maintained.
All tours are conducted in English but should you wish to provide a translator, we can definitely accommodate them.
