We had the pleasure of hosting two Kiwi brothers on tour this week, and one of them had quite an impressive talent. While the lads were enjoying a tasting and platter at Patrick of Coonawarra, Marty sketched a brilliant caricature of cellar door legend Tracey, perfectly capturing her in her element! It turns out he’s a professional cartoonist and artist back in New Zealand and enjoys creating fun illustrations of the people he encounters.
We never know who we will meet when we head out on tour!

Another fantastic day hosting members of the Campervan & Motorhome Club of Australia Solos on a tour of the region! We had 16 wonderful guests join us for a private visit to the stunning Yallum Park mansion, where owners Andy & Annie took excellent care of us, as always. A big thank you to Marg at Chardonnay Lodge for the plentiful lunch, and to Wynns Coonawarra and Patrick of Coonawarra for the special private tastings.
It`s been an absolute pleasure meeting these fine folks, and we hope to see you all again soon!

Last week had the opportunity to climb Mount Schank. Located near Mount Gambier on South Australia`s Limestone Coast, is a dormant volcanic cone showcasing the region’s volcanic past
Visitors can walk to the crater rim for panoramic views and explore its depths. Surrounded by lush farmland, it provides a picturesque spot for nature and geology enthusiasts. We are looking forward to hosting our next bespoke natural wonders tour with guests and making the trek once again.

Last week, we had the pleasure of hosting a private tour for a couple celebrating their 15th wedding anniversary.
