A Lovely Day With Kerry
Kerry, our host picked us up at Penola Caravan Park, and imparted history of the region. The wineries we visited, we were met by cheerful staff, and tasted an array of wines. Lunch was delicious a ploughman’s lunch, best ever. Thank you Kerry for making our day so special.
Cellar door tour
An excellent tour taking in 4 top notch wineries in Coonawarra. Kerry the tour guide picked us up promptly from our motel. She was friendly and knowledgeable and clearly knew her stuff. We visited 4 very different cellar doors, the first providing a delicious food platter with the tasting. The day was unrushed and we had plenty of time at each venue to taste, ask questions and purchase. A great day and a great tour all round. Highly recommend.
Fun, food and drinks
What a wonderful weekend. Would like to thank Simon and Kerry for a fantastic time. Their knowledge and support of local businesses is so great to see and hear. We could not of asked for better guides to show us the best spots in this beautiful part of the world. Highly recommended

Coonawarra Experiences
The overall experience we had was excellent. From the pick-up for our visit to Mayura Station for what can only be described as the most enjoyable experience, the food and wine was next level. The following day, our tour of the Coonawarra Wine Region along with lunch at Ottelia was excellent. Our host, Simon was a mine of information on the region and took the time to explain to us the history of the Coonawarra and its early inhabitants, all of which we both found of great interest. The accommodation provided by Simon & Kerry was superb as was the Wine and chocolates.
Best Day In The Coonawarra
Fabulous day enjoying local wineries. Kerry was a fabulous host. We lucked into a great group of people who helped make the day. Kerry is very knowledgeable and ensured we were looked after at all the wineries we visited. Would recommend to anyone looking to use them.
A Day That Delivered
Simon tailored this day trip perfectly, with a blend of well and less well known wine makers and a superb lunch. He knows the area well and provided insightful commentary on the history of the region and current winemakers. The tour was great value for money and I recommend it highly.
Coonawarra Experience Exceeds Expectations
Kerry and Simon were wonderful hosts when we took advantage of their ‘Immerse Yourself in Coonawarra Experience’ package. The apartment is great, with amazing towels, but the real treat is the knowledgeable, personalised experience of the wine tour. Simon’s passion and knowledge of the region’s history truly shines. We can’t recommend highly enough, and will be back!

Simon and Kerry you guys know how awesome you are! From the very start, Simon went above and beyond for us. With back and forth emails for months regarding our tours he kept us in the loop the whole time and provided updated information regarding Covid etc. Simon helped to book us into our accommodation in Coonawarra and just made the whole process easy and stress free.
An amazing way to learn more about the Limestone Coast and enjoy the local experiences
My wife and I were looking at coming down to the Limestone coast for our honeymoon, which is how we discovered Coonawarra Experiences. Straight from the beginning, Simon & Kerry were exceptional with their communication via text, call and email back and forth organising an itinerary and accommodation for us during a difficult COVID-19 time. Once we had finalised our plans and arrived in Penola, we were chauffeured around to the various events we had booked including: a chefs table at Mayura Station, meeting winemakers, and staff taking us through their wineries and tastings, degustation lunches etc. It was an absolute pleasure to be looked after by Simon and Kerry. We have learnt so much about the history of the Limestone Coast and what goes into winemaking. We will definitely be back
