Fun Day To Be Had
This was our first visit to the Coonawarra and we were really looking forward to our day exploring this wine region. We were not disappointed. Coonawarra Experiences’ host Simon was a delight from the moment we stepped foot in the van. His knowledge of the region and rapport with the various wineries we visited made for a fun day out. His easy going nature meant we never felt rushed, though the day did fly by quickly. Thanks to Simon for a great day. We can’t wait to return and do another tour with Coonawarra Experiences. Coonawarra Experience
This was our first experience at wine tasting and we couldn’t have been in better hands than to have Simon from Coonawarra Experiences showing us how the Coonawarra region works. He was friendly and knowledgeable in all aspects of the Coonawarra from its history to wine making. The wine tasting at numerous wineries was a highlight of wonderful wines and yummy food .Thank you Simon
Savvy wine tour
From booking til drop-off a very professional service. We had a great day with a wine tour of the Coonawarra region, visiting cellar doors and lunch. Kerry was an excellent guide, and went out of her way to make sure we enjoyed the day. Well recommended.
Perfect tour of the Coonawarra region
We had a wonderful experience touring the Coonawarra wine area. Simon was a friendly and knowledgeable tour guide that made the day perfect. All the wineries chosen were perfect with great customer service and welcoming attitude. The spot for lunch was perfect at the Chardonnay lodge with a relaxing environment and mouth watering food. Simon is also a great photographer with the perfect snap and stellar background. Great vibes, great times, great wines.
Amazing! Amazing! Amazing!
Simon and Kerry did all the organising for us after getting to know our group and what we were thinking we would like to see and do. We just showed up and enjoyed it! Simon’s knowledge of the area and each winery was second to none and was excellent at sharing all the amazing little local gems! Simon went the extra mile in every aspect ensuring we were feeling the beautiful welcoming atmosphere of Coonawarra. We travelled in the new bus which was spacious and super comfortable. For all the insta crazy Simon had awesome photography skills and was great and knowing where to get a great shot to celebrate the vines and features of each winery. This experience was unreal - even those who are not massive wine drinkers loved it! We’re planning to make it an annual event!
Fantastic Coonawarra Experience
This was one of our best wine tours we have ever done and my hubby and I do a wine trip every year. Simon and Kerry went above and beyond to ensure we saw and tasted everything we wanted to and ate the best of the produce available in the area. The food and wine in the Coonawarra is outstanding. We met many of the local characters from Coonawarra which certainly enriched our experience. The accommodation was five star, with everything you need to feel at home and comfortable. We had such a great time we will be going again next year with friends. Thanks Kerry and Simon, we look forward to seeing you again.
Wow, wow, wow. Above & beyond.
We booked the 'Immerse Yourself in Coonawarra' package, which included 2-nights in Simon & Kerry's luxurious 2-bedroom accommodation, and the 'Immerse Yourself' full day tour. And we are so, so glad we did. From the moment you meet Simon & Kerry you're made to feel right at home in not only the accommodation, but the region. In the weeks leading up to our tour they were in contact to personally tailor the perfect day tour for us; and that's exactly what our experience was. Perfect.
