The Experience
Your evening begins with a relaxed pickup from your accommodation in Penola or Coonawarra.
On arrival at the Mayura Station Tasting Room, you will settle in for an exceptional dining experience. Seated at the Chef’s Table, you will enjoy a carefully curated degustation that highlights Mayura’s world renowned full-blood Wagyu.
Each course is thoughtfully paired with premium local wines, designed to enhance the depth, richness, and character of every dish.
With your private vehicle waiting on site, there is no need to rush. Take your time, enjoy every moment, and finish the evening with a comfortable return to your accommodation.

Typical departure from Penola or Coonawarra is at 6 PM on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings.
