Cancellation Policy – Day Tours

The following cancellation fees apply per booking:

  • 15 or more days before departure: No cancellation fee

  • 7–14 days before departure: 25% of the tour price forfeited

  • 3–6 days before departure: 50% of the tour price forfeited

  • 2 days or less before departure: 100% of the tour price forfeited


Tour & Accommodation Packages – General Conditions

  • All rates are quoted in AUD and include 10% GST

  • Tours and itineraries are subject to change

  • Pick-up and drop-off times may vary slightly and will be confirmed in advance, typically at the time of booking


Tour & Accommodation Package Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation:

  • 30–60 days before departure: 25% cancellation fee (deposit)

  • 15–29 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee

  • 7–14 days before departure: 75% cancellation fee

  • Less than 7 days before departure, or early departure during the tour: 100% cancellation fee

Exceptional Circumstances
In exceptional circumstances, Coonawarra Experiences may consider alternative arrangements at its discretion upon request.


Fitness & Mobility

  • No specific fitness requirements apply to these tours

  • Our vehicles are not equipped to cater for mobility-impaired guests


Privacy Policy

Personal Information
Personal information (including name, address, email, and phone number) is collected solely for booking and operational purposes.

Secure Payments
Payments are processed via a secure third-party system. Coonawarra Experiences does not store credit card or bank account details.

Image & Media Use
Photos and videos may be taken during tours for promotional purposes. Please notify us prior to departure if you do not wish your image to be used.


Itinerary Changes

Cellar Door Availability
All tours are subject to cellar door and supplier availability. If changes are required, a suitable alternative will be arranged.

Cancellations Due to Changes
If you choose to cancel due to itinerary changes, the standard cancellation policy applies.


Alcohol Policy

  • Alcohol consumption is not permitted in any Coonawarra Experiences tour vehicles


Inclusions & Tour Experience

  • If you have concerns during your tour, we encourage you to raise them at the time so we can address them where possible

  • Some circumstances may be beyond our control


Language

  • All tours are conducted in English

  • Translators may be arranged upon request and may incur additional costs


Right to Cancel

If Coonawarra Experiences is required to cancel a tour, a full refund will be provided.


Insurance

Public Liability
Coonawarra Experiences holds compulsory public liability insurance.

Travel Insurance
Guests are responsible for their own travel insurance to cover loss, damage, or additional costs incurred during the tour.
