Kerry’s brother, Darren, was a proud gay man who faced more than his fair share of challenges in simply living openly and honestly. He was kind, empathetic, and quietly resilient. Though he’s no longer with us, Darren’s spirit continues to shape the way we approach our work and our lives. His story reminds us daily of the importance of creating spaces where everyone—no matter who they are—feels safe, valued, and free to be themselves.

The Welcome with Pride accreditation reaffirms something that’s been part of our ethos from the beginning: everyone is welcome here.
